20+ years in heavy mechanical/industrial systems, construction, and field service, with deep specialization in propane systems, MC-331 cargo tanks, delivery equipment, and LPG storage. Founded J. Rice Enterprises in 2016, building a multi-state operation for national/regional propane companies, transport fleets, commercial customers, and public-sector clients; now applying that experience to Arrows Propane in Hawaii.
Covers the full propane lifecycle storage and delivery through planning, installation, testing, maintenance, regulatory documentation, and long-term service treating each project as one integrated system.

Born on Oʻahu and raised on Maui, Corey Dell brings local roots, leadership experience, and a commitment to serving his community to his role as co-owner of Arrows Propane. He spent three years working in the day-to-day operations of a local propane business, gaining hands-on industry experience.
His background includes retail sales and operations, as well as work in commercial kitchen fire protection systems; now applying that experience alongside a practical approach to problem-solving and a passion for serving Maui's families and businesses at Arrows Propane.

Family and faith are at the heart of Corey's life. He and his wife, Shayna, have six children who are full of life and joy. Both grew up attending King's Cathedral on Maui, where they met. Today, they serve together in the children's ministry, leading the nursery and preschool age groups. As a family, they are committed to serving others and remaining active in their church community.
